After an executive experience at one of Brazil's largest telecommunications groups, I decided to pursue my own business. SHE Holding Group was born, my first major business achievement.

I worked in corporate lobbying and experienced intense negotiations in the real estate sector, learning how to combine strategy, influence, and networking in high-impact projects.

Chapter 4 — Show Business as Personal Transformation (2016)

In show business, I achieved victories and experienced disappointments, which shaped my resilience and strengthened my personal and professional magnetism.

During the pandemic, I experienced a professional rebirth by creating Mentorship 360º, a strategic high-performance program for entrepreneurs and leaders.

Chapter 6 — Carolla Digital (2022)

I founded Carolla Digital, a digital intelligence agency that has had a direct impact on my family's life and has become a benchmark in online innovation and strategy.

Chapter 7 — Wealth Management (2023)

I joined the team at Solid Wealth Management, a multi-family office that offers strategic solutions in wealth management, investments, and succession.

Chapter 8 — WERT & New Academic Phase (2024)

With WERT Empresarial, I began a new era in lobbying and structured transactions. Concurrently, I began my LLM in Corporate Law and Capital Markets at IBMEC, consolidating the integration of practical experience and cutting-edge academic knowledge.

Chapter 9 — Global Authority and a New Strategic Era (2025)

The year 2025 marks the beginning of an even bolder phase in my career. The Sheila | Costa brand emerges, solidifying me as a Global Solutions Architect.

This transformation represents more than professional evolution: it is the union of strategic vision, aspirational authority, and the ability to execute projects that transcend borders.

Today, I dedicate myself to strategic consulting in complex and cross-border transformations, focusing on sustainable finance, regenerative innovation, and business internationalization.
